The Main Difference: Productivity per Pass

The 6-row header processes fewer rows per pass than the 8-row model, which directly affects how many hours are needed to harvest the same acreage. On large fields, the difference in total harvest time can add up to several days - a critical factor when the agronomic window is limited by weather.
