Product Returns

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (Art. 9), every consumer has the right to return goods that do not comply with the contract, subject to certain conditions.

Return Period:
The consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the moment of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, is preserved in its original packaging, and documents confirming the purchase (receipt, sales receipt, delivery note) are present.
In case of defects or non-compliance of the product with the declared characteristics, a return is possible within 14 days from the moment the defect is discovered.

Return Conditions:
Product returns are only possible if the item has not been used and has been preserved in proper condition. The product packaging must also be undamaged.
Goods belonging to certain categories (medical, hygienic, perishable items) are not subject to return in accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". These conditions must be clearly stated on the website or in the contract.

Seller's Obligations:
The seller is obliged to accept the returned product if it does not comply with the contract or has defects. Return shipping costs are borne by the seller if the product turns out to be of substandard quality.
In case of a product return, the seller is obliged to provide information about the return procedure and possible costs.

Return Procedure:
To return a product, the consumer must contact the seller via phone or email to arrange the details of the return.
The consumer has the right to receive invoices and documents confirming the return, after which the product must be sent back to the specified address.

Refunds:
After receiving the returned product, the seller undertakes to refund the consumer's money within 7 days from the moment of receiving the goods, provided that the return was made in accordance with the law.
