Quick-detach front loader for MTZ tractors. The loader is used for loading various materials (grain, seeds, hay, straw, manure, mineral fertilizers, sand, etc.) into vehicles, mixing machines, fertilizer spreaders, for mechanizing warehouse work with bagged and unbagged mineral fertilizers, for transporting and stacking rolls and stooks of hay and straw, as well as performing light grading work. Thanks to the front stands, the loader can easily be attached/detached by a single person. This is designed for convenience when the tractor operator works alone. The Euro-frame mount allows quick replacement of attachments. This speeds up work when a farm uses one tractor with several attachments.

Loader advantages:

• Follower (copying) system that allows loading bulk materials without spillage.

• A tightening screw on the boom and sub-frame tie rods to the rear axle provide additional rigidity to the whole structure and distribute the load onto the center of the tractor.

• Side panels are made of 16 mm and 30 mm thick steel.

• The boom is made of 10 mm steel. Replaceable pins made of calibrated 35 steel with grease fittings.

• Bushings made of 45 steel, additionally hardened for strength.

• High-pressure 2SN hoses from Semperit (Austria).

• Double hose braiding provides increased strength and load resistance.

• Premium-quality hydraulic cylinders with a 50 mm rod.
